How to Install Solar Panels & Inverter for Home-Step by Step Guide

More than 12 hours power cut per day, Normal inverters could not get full charge with this severe power cuts.
I want to go for solar inverter; first we calculate the approximate load

1720

As per our load is under a 500 W
Total consumption in watt/hour 1720
Approximate  consumption 1720/1000=1.72 kwh/ units/day
Consumption per month 1.72 x 30 = 54 Units/month
MSEB  Rs 4 / 100 units  monthly Bill = 54 x 4 = Rs 216
Fix Charge      = Rs  80
Energy Charge = Rs 54
Fuel charges    = Rs 25
Complete Bill = Rs 295/-
Annaule Bill   12 x 300 = Rs 3600/-
As per our load 360 W we calculate minimum wattage but our load & hour increases in our chart watt/hour also increases 500w , 1000w depends upon load & hours.
Most of the person has paid MSEB Bill Rs 1000/- per month for 500w
And our project cost is 300 W mini solar project cost is near about maximum Rs 29500/-
Annual bill paid customer is 1000x 12= Rs 12000/- per year
In two year three months our hole project cost is full gain
12000x30 months =29000/- 30 months later our project is free of cost.

Disadvantages :
Solar panel is 25 years guaranty at their 250c tested good whether condition. When temp increases  + 5 0 c voltage  is losses  it drops 1 v per 10c
Therefore 500 w solar panel is not exactly 500w it + 500 w when temp is increase it 400 w or temp is low is 550w depends upon temp.
Voltage also drop panels + wiring+ PWM  controller some current is loss
500 w solar panel is 450 w is give the current.

As per our budget we recommend 300 W, 500 W, 1000 W
Solar Energy Power Plant 300W
We recommend you to install
1) 300 watts solar panels (Poly crystalline PV Modules)
2)Luminous 875 e2 VA sine wave inverter
3) 150 ah Exide Invertor Plus Batteries and
4) 24v, 40amps PWM Solar Charge controller

Solar Cost Estimation

300 WATTS Polycrystalline solar panels –> 2 x 150 watts panels

Based on Price of Rs.45/watts

300watts panels -Rs.45 x 300watts = Rs.13500/-
PWM Solar charge controller (24v, 30 amp)   = Rs.2000/-
Microtek 0.875 KVA  sine wave inverter = Rs.4000/-
Two 100 ah Exide Invertor Plus batteries = Rs.8,000/- (cost of 1 batteries)
Wires and installation of panels  = Rs.2000/-
Total cost of project = Rs 29500/-

Solar Cost Estimation

500 WATTS Polycrystalline solar panels –> 2 x 250 watts panels
Based on Price of Rs.45/watts

500 watts panels - Rs.45 x 500watts = Rs.22500/-
PWM Solar charge controller (24v, 30 amp)   = Rs.2000/-
Microtek 1.5 KVA SEBz1500va sine wave inverter = Rs.7000/-
Two 100 ah Exide Invertor Plus batteries = Rs.16,000/- (cost of 2 batteries)
Wires and installation of panels               = Rs.5000/-
Total Cost – Rs.53,000/- ………………………………………………………………………………….
Government Subsidy on Solar inverter & panels Set up
Note: As i already said, it is possible to get government subsidy up to 25 % of the total cost, so you could get up to maximum Rs.13,000 as subsidy for this configurtion, so that the final cost would come down to Rs.40000/-
Remember that, for subsidy you need to wait up to 6 months after installation, so the total amount you need to invest initially is approximately Rs.53,000/-

Government Subsidy on Solar inverter & panels Set up
Note: As i already said, it is possible to get government subsidy up to 25 % of the total cost, so you could get up to maximum Rs.29,750 as subsidy for this configuration, so that the final cost would come down to Rs.89750/-
Remember that, for subsidy you need to wait up to 6 months after installation, so the total amount you need to invest initially is approximately Rs.90,000/-
